Our Select League is our most competitive softball league for players ages 9-18.

Fall League Format

• Select Softball Teams Ages 10U-14U (Play USA 2027 Age Levels)
• 8-Game Season:  August 25th - October 15th
• Double headers - 80 min with hard stop
• Games played Monday - Thursday nights (6pm, 7:30pm)
• Managers will be given 12  blackout dates to avoid conflicts
  • No league games scheduled:  Fri, Sept 4 - Mon, Sept. 7 (Labor Day) or Fri, Sept. 11 - Sun, Sept. 13 (Swing For A Cure)
• No standings will be kept
• All league games played at Chesterfield
• $995/Team
  • Payment required at registration (credit card only)
  • Enter a roster and send email invite to parents to register player.  No fee to register a player but player registration and waivers need to be completed.

Divisions  (Play USA 2027 Age Levels)

• 10U for players born 9/1/15 - 8/31/17
• 12U for players born 9/1/13 - 8/31/15
• 14U for players born 9/1/11 - 8/31/13

STEP 1  TEAM REGISTRATION ONLY - Team Registration Opens November 1, 2025!

• 10U - $1850 team fee (14 games)
• 12U-18U - $1,750 team fee (12 games)
•  As you register the team, you will input an expected roster.  Then you will "Invite" the parent who will get an email with a link to register.  Rosters can be edited and players added or removed as needed.
• Returning Teams register Nov. 1, 2025 through Dec. 15, 2025.  Contact Age Level Coordinator for registration code.
• New Teams register Dec. 15, 2025 through Jan. 1, 2026.  Contact Age Level Coordinator to be added to the waitlist.

• After registering the team, parents will receive an email from the system to register directly to their respective roster.  Be sure to check SPAM or junk mail for the email.  Even though manager paid the team fee parents MUST register player and agree to liability wavier.  Parent will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

League Format

• Games begin April 2026 (Season April - July)
• April 5 - Easter (no games)
• May 22-25 - Memorial Day Weekend (no games)

• 14-Game Season, 4 game playoff; 12-Game guarantee
• 5 Double headers  - 75 minutes

• 12-Game Season; no playoffs 
• 6 Double headers  - 75 minutes

• 10U  MONDAYS (6pm, 7:30pm) - Starting April 6
  • May also play Tuesday April 7, 14
  • Select Gold/Silver will play 2-4 games May 2-3 
• 12U  THURSDAYS (6pm, 7:30pm, 9pm *) - Starting April 2
  • May also play Tuesday April 7, 14 , 21
  • Select Silver will play 6-8 games on weeknights, 4-6 on weekends April 25-26, May 16-17
• 14U  WEDNESDAYS (6pm, 7:30pm, 9pm) - Starting April 1
• 16U/18U TUESDAYS (6pm, 7:30pm, 9pm) - Starting April 28

10U Playoffs

• 10U Playoff Dates: Mon, June 15 & Wed, June 17
• Format:  4 pool play, 1 championship
• Championship games:  TBA    Playoff Rainout dates:  TBA
• Winner receives awards

Rainouts

• Rainouts will be assigned to any of the following dates without discussion.  Teams must be available to play.
  • June 10,18,22,23

Divisions

• Select:  B or C level teams
• Elite:  A or high level B teams

Eligibility (Play USA 2026 Age Levels)

• 10U for players born 9/1/14 - 8/31/16
• 12U for players born 9/1/12 - 8/31/14
• 14U for players born 9/1/10 - 8/31/12
• 16U for players born 9/1/08 - 8/31/10
• 18U for players born 9/1/06 - 8/31/08

CBSA does not allow any player to be on more than one roster, regardless of age, division or league.

Select Softball Guest Player Policy

• Guest players can be utilized for the initial 10 game schedule, but are not eligible for playoffs.
• Guest players may play up to 4 games, must be age appropriate and cannot come from within your division or a higher division.
• Guest players must register online for liability purposes only.
• Must notify Coordinator/Commissioner for each game a guest player will be utilized.
• Coaches: Additional instructions on the Coaches Corner (must be logged into your coach account)
