Our Select League is our most competitive softball league for players ages 9-18.

2024 Fall League Format

• Select Softball Teams Ages 10U-14U (Fall Ball is at 2025 Age Levels)
• 8-Game Season:  August 17th - October 6th
• Double headers - 1 hr 20 min with hard stop
• Games played Monday - Thursday nights (6pm, 7:30pm)
• Managers will be given 12  blackout dates to avoid conflicts
• No standings will be kept
• All league games played at Chesterfield
• $950/Team
  • Payment required at registration (credit card only)
  • Returning teams from Summer 2024 will be able to copy a roster.  New teams enter a roster and send email invite to parents to register player.  No fee to register a player but player registration and waivers need to be completed.

Divisions  (Play New USA 2025 Age Levels)

• 8U (Machine Pitch) for players born 9/1/15 - 8/31/16
• 10U for players born 9/1/13 - 8/31/15
• 12U for players born 9/1/11 - 8/31/13
• 14U for players born 9/1/09 - 8/31/11

Registration (2 steps)

1)  TEAM REGISTRATION ONLY (Look Who's Coming section below)

• Returning Teams register Nov. 1 through Jan. 16, 2024 and pay $1,650 team fee.   As you register the team, you will input an expected roster.  Then you will "Invite" the parent who will get an email with a link to register.  Rosters can be edited and players added or removed as needed.
• New Teams register Nov. 1 through Jan. 16, 2024.  Contact Age Level Coordinator for permission to register.

 2) PLAYER REGISTRATION  After registering the team, those expected roster players receive an email with a link to register.  Be sure to check SPAM or junk mail for the email.  Even though manager paid the team fee parents MUST register player and agree to liability wavier.

League Format

10U-18U

• Games begin April 8, 2024
• 14-Game Season, 12-Game guarantee: April  - July 
• 5 Double headers; 4 game playoff - 75 minutes
• Team Fee $1,650

4-Game end of season playoff - end of June or early July

• Winner of age playoffs receives trophies

• Regular Season Double Header Games

  • 10U  Mondays  (6pm, 7:30pm)
  • 12U  Thursdays (6pm, 7:30pm, 9pm*) 
  • 14U  Wednesdays (6pm, 7:30pm, 9pm) 
  • 16U/18U Tuesdays (6pm, 7:30pm, 9pm) 

​* each 12U team will have one 9pm game

• Tentative Playoff Dates - TBD (weekdays late June)

Divisions

• Select:  B or C level teams
• Elite:  A or high level B teams

2024 Eligibility (Play New USA 2024 Age Levels)

• 8U (Machine Pitch) for players born 9/1/14 - 8/31/15
  10U for players born 9/1/12 - 8/31/14
  12U for players born 9/1/10 - 8/31/12
  14U for players born 9/1/08 - 8/31/10

CBSA does not allow any player to be on more than one roster, regardless of age, division or league.

Guest Player Policy

• Guest players can be utilized for the initial 10 game schedule, but are not eligible for playoffs.
• Guest players may play up to 4 games, must be age appropriate and cannot come from within your division or a higher division.
• Guest players must register online for liability purposes only.
• Must notify Coordinator/Commissioner for each game a guest player will be utilized.

Rainouts

• Rainouts will be assigned to any of the following dates without discussion.  Teams must be available to play.
